In our Career Design Course, we emphasize not only language acquisition but also a deeper understanding of Japanese society. We support learners in reflecting on themselves and developing the ability to proactively think about and choose their future paths. Our curriculum includes guidance in self-analysis and career planning/replanning, cultivating a proactive attitude toward learning and empowering students to shape their own futures. We also value a learning environment where teachers and students grow together, and we strive to create a place where both the joy of learning and the pleasure of teaching can be fully experienced.
